Redevelopment of historic Vroman’s Bookstore, an Pasadena institution for over 100 years, and the addition of a Laemmle Theatres fine arts oriented multi-screen cinema, a cafe and restaurant. Vroman’s is one of the oldest and largest bookstores in Southern California. The Project is a joint development of Tolkin Group, Vroman's Bookstore, Laemmle Theatres and the City of Pasadena.
