The Patio on Myrtle is a Renovation and Adaptive Reuse
of a bank branch to create an approximately 8,000 sq. ft. garden courtyard
oriented multi-tenant Food, Restaurant, Cafe and Retail place with 52
surface parking spaces, housing Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Quizno's,
and Teri & Yaki Chicken House. The project will be highlighted by
the patio dining courtyard and fountain at the gateway to Downtown Monrovia.
Location
The Patio on Myrtle is on the 100% intersection
of affluent Monrovia, at the southeast corner of Myrtle Avenue and Foothill
Boulevard. The Patio on Myrtle is located directly across from Von's
Pavilion and one block from the Krikorian Multi-screen Cinema scheduled
for completion third quarter 2000.
