Redevelopment of a city block (assemblage of 15 parcels) with an approximately 185,000 multi-level urban shopping, dining and entertainment destination housing the Gap Old Navy, a Mann Stadium Style Multi-plex Theatres, the WOW Store (good guys and tower records), Linen & Things and collections of restaurant uses in a pedestrian friendly streetscene which will be the catalyst to the revitalization of Brand Blvd. (Main Street Glendale). The Project is a joint development of Tolkin Group, the City of Glendale and Regent Properties.
